Student at University at Buffalo School of Law. Richard was an honor student and has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
He received the Provost Scholarship (for academic performance) and the George H. Norton Scholarship (for outstanding academic achievement). Also was a recipient of the Grace Capen Award (for sophomores with a GPA of 3.9 or higher).
