A patent application’s specification must include the claimed invention’s written description, and the manner and process of making and using it, in such full, clear, concise, and exact terms so as to enable any person skilled in the art (at the time the invention was conceived), to make and use the invention. The specification must also include the best mode for effectuating the invention, as contemplated by the inventor.
