Once A Non-Exclusive license is a right to use intellectual property (e.g., a patent, trademark or copyright) granted by a person or entity (“licensor”) to another person/entity (“licensee”) usually as consideration in a contractual agreement. A nonexclusive agreement’s terms normally call for a royalty payment from the grantor/ licensor to the grantee/licensee in exchange for the right to use the intellectual property. This agreement allows the licensor to license the rights out to multiple licensees.
