A Multiple Dependent Claim is a claim that further limits and refers back to more than one preceding independent or dependent claim in the alternative. Acceptable multiple dependent claims refer to preceding claims using the terms “or, “one of”, “any of”, “any one of”, or “either.” A multiple dependent claim may not directly or indirectly depend on another multiple dependent claim.
