Vincent G. Lo Tempio's
practice focuses on patent infringement litigation, patent prosecution,
trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property matters.
Prior to his current position,
Mr. LoTempio was a Felony Trial Attorney with the Erie County District
Attorney’s office and a trial attorney in the Law Office of Cellino
and Barnes. He received his B.S. degree from Canisius College and his
J.D. degree from Thomas Cooley Law School.
Mr. LoTempio is a member
of the New York and Florida Bars, the Erie County Bar Association
Intellectual Property committee, the American Intellectual Property
Lawyers Association, the Niagara Frontier Intellectual Property Lawyers
Association, the Rochester Intellectual Property Lawyers Association and
is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark
Office.
